    Just as a footnote to all this. If anyone is not sure what Network they can recieve at home/office etc, I would advise getting a free PAYG sim from all major Networks i.e O2, Vodafone, Tesco, TMobile etc etc and just try them out. You will not have to top-up straight away, just stick PAYG sim in your phone and see if reception is any good. If not chuck sim in Bin.
    It is the best way to try before you buy.
    Also if you go via Quidco or Topcashback to most network websites you will actually get paid to take a free sim (remember you do not have to use it) - O2 via Quidco free sim card at the minute- £1 Quidco cashback. You really can get paid to shop!!!! :)
