Guidance needed! Mastermove and how many viewings should we aim for?

I have had my house on the market for two weeks and have only had one viewing. The problem being that although they really liked the house, the bedrooms were too small. Obviously theres nothing I can do about that and I know its going to be a recurring problem. We want to sell pretty sharpish (because we want to get a specific new build plot but can't put deposit down until in a position to buy) and have gone onto Redrows Mastermove, where they help you to move. (Largely by dropping the price very low, I think). Given that we want a fast sale but a fair price for our house, how can I gauge whether we have set the price right? The company marketing our house want us to drop £10k after a week and a half of being on the market because we have only had one viewing. Its the most expensive but also the most modern house on the street. THe others defo need some updating. How long should you leave it before you think, well, we arent getting the viewings so we need to drop the price. Help! Its such a difficult decision!
