we are on twelve weeks now and it is soooo annoying, i have been ready on the purchase but my buyers have still got stuff to do. I think i see why it is so stressful now. I wouldn't mind what date they gave me as long as i got one.

Our offer was accepted and we waiting four months then gave up waiting, withdrew our offer and started looking elsewhere. They obviously weren't serious as they didn't even put the house back on the market, once they lost us.

I've known some chains go on for 6 months or more, people higher loose a property then find another & everything starts again.

    House 1 = 6 months
    House 2 = 6 months
    House 3 = 3 months

and I was buying empty houses. Put the fear of God into me about getting into a chain.
