I finally had confirmation today from HMRC (Inland revenue) that my tax bill from my self employed days is finally paid off after they cashed my last cheque for £74.71. Self employment ended on 24/08/1994. Yes, that is correct, 12 long years! This will now be carried over to another debt. So for those of you who are just…
