Hi,

I was wondering if someone could give me some advise on the two different timberframe kits.

One kit from New World Timber Frame is the Timber frame on it's own. The timber frame is £15k then £4k Plus for erection.

www newworldtimberframe com/design/hastings.html

The second kit is from Scotframe. Below is the specification you recieve with the kit:-

Below is the design

ScotFrame do not offer erection of the kit. Could someone please advise me which house would be cheaper to build. I'll be using very similar materials for the 15K Timberframe kit.

Many Thanks in advance!

Steve

You might want to post on the DIY board.

Or alternatively, it's not the busiest forum in the world but it is much more specific to your needs and there are people some people on there that really know what they're on about
