Well i am feeling very proud of myself as i have made my first ever cornish pasties after watching the hairy bakers and thinking "i can do that" so they are in the oven as we speak....
but i doubled the pastry recipe so have 1 lot of pastry left and not really sure what to do with it?
i need some inspirations

Don't laugh, onion pie. Just thickly slice the onions and simmer in a pan for 5 minutes till they soften a bit, then put them in a pie.
