Have you tried your local freecycle (freegle) you may find a washer there!
You could even find a bike for your son on there maybe he could leave it at a friends house nearby or you could store it in a neighbours garage?
Could you get a part time job in between college etc? even if it is for only a few months to help clear debts.
Throw catalogues away and dont use anymore i was in debt with those worse things ever imo!

school snacks are from home , this covers fruit for both of them and breakfast bars or yogurts as the schools are on a healthy eating scheme0
