Electric £30 a week ?
I didnt think Virgin did anything more than a 12 month contract ? in any event , you need to downgrade , we have XL tv ,Medium BB and Free evening and weekend calls for £38 a month......with V+ so your £68 is massive0 -

call the 150 line and choose "thinking of leaving us" option , if you receive letters from DCA`s asking for your financial information , fill out an SOA , accuratley , showing what you have left , even if just a token £1 a month , to pay them with
They cant have what you havent got , but in any case DONT SPEAK TO THEM ON THE PHONE , once you have told them to keep it in writing ,ignore them0 -
Contact one of these Non-profit Debt Counsellors' List
There are a few letters I sugguest sending
From http://www.nationaldebtline.co.uk/england_wales/debt_advice.php
if you're in England
The ask creditor to accept token payments
Going bankrupt for the amount you owe really isn't worth it
If you could fill this SOA thing and post it on here (we are used to it:D) it will give us a fuller picture
