Freeman/oli £319.97 now with EOS solutions
Grattan £1035.72 not heard off them for yet!

And now my washing machine has broken , this will probably mean a crisis loan of some sort so my money could go down abit more.
I now have another debt to add ..credit union loan owe about £200.. and in arrears by atleast £120 by now.

Any advice on how to deal with dca's? as they are just adding on interest..

You need to go to https://www.entitledto.com and check your benefits. You cannot live on that.

    Good luck

sorry, I'm very ignorant on this subject (being 24 with no kids)......... do they take your money away when your youngest gets to 7 years old?

Seems very rough to me, what are you supposed to do, get a job and dump the youngest with a babysitter when not at school?

Obviously it is virtually impossible to live off £180 a week with a teenager and 6 year old, which I am guessing is the reason why you have all the catalog and credit card debts; just trying to pay for basics? Surely you are entitled to more than that?

To be honest it is difficult to see how you can afford to pay anything other than a token £1 a month to each creditor. Given your circumstances I don't think a judge would set a CCJ any higher, and would bankruptcy be the worst thing in the world in this situation.... assuming you have no assets to lose?

That SOA doesnt make sense , some of it seems to be weekly and others monthly ?

What is it from Virgin thats an 18 month contract ?

As for the DCA`s , answer and explain you will ONLY deal with them in writing , ask them to address their concerns in writing , end the call , with all of them

You havent given much info for your particular situation so it`s hard to advise best...
  • hi , this is all weekly.. virgin media is phone line, calls ,broadband and tv..works out to about £68 a month ..so i save weekly..
i have recieved letters from them they want me to fill out a financial statement for them and send them back , in the middle of doing this
