How about mini pizzas on a puff pastry base? You could buy ready-rolled puff pastry and cut little circles with a pastry cutter then put some tomato sauce and cheese on and do lots of different toppings. Lots of people love cold pizza so I'm sure this would go down well.
With puff pastry you can also make mini savoury croissants - cut small triangles, put filling in the fat end then roll up. Fillings could be ham and cheese, cheese and mustard etc.
I imagine both of these could be frozen.

You should definitely do sausage rolls! Delia's recipe is easy and very nice

You can also play around with flavours (I've done sausage & apple, spicy thai-style ones, etc) These can also be baked from frozen.

Back to sweet ideas - if you want cookies you can make the dough in advance, make them into little balls, freeze them, then bake from frozen when needed. If you want any cookie recipes let me know!

I'd be careful with pastry as it can leave your fingers greasy - not great around pretty dresses. You could maybe have them on cocktail sticks?
