charges

sorry if i sound naive,i just checked my bank and i find that there are two direct debits with halifax that have taken me over o/d.the amount is £22.24 if i read correctly they will charge me % pounds per day and if so do they still charge the fee ie £38.00 for these.

    Make sure all future debits are in your diary or you'll be paying charges on a regular basis.

    To the OP, which account do you have? If it's the Reward account, it appears to be just £5 a day.
    I spent 25 years in the mobile industry, from 1994 to 2019. Worked for indies as well as the big networks, in their stores also in contact centres. I also hold a degree in telecoms engineering so I like to think I know what I’m talking about 😂

    It was a decent response. Had you been more aware of the DDs you wouldn't have been charged as you could action it.


    As for what they charge etc. we need to know what account it is as different banks have different charging structures.
