If you're not getting an acknowledgement, you're not entered. Company comps never worked for me in FF
They never used to work for me before I downloaded the FF add-on for IE. Once you have that, everytime you need to enter a Company comp, you just right-click on the link and scroll down to 'open in IE tab', login, click on the appropriate answer, fill in details and click submit - you get immediate confirmation of your entry. Please try it out because you'll save yourself a lot of hassle like I'm finally doing re: company comps.
