Hi all
Just wondering...
I've been to the solicitors to go through the documents & sign etc, now were waiting to exchange - does anyone know the usual procedure of exchange?? do they just make a phone call?
Thanks, Danielle

Yeah it's just a phone call usually. I think that if it's a chain of transactions then it can be quite time consuming though as all the solicitors have to speak to each other in turn - and some of them can be pretty slow about getting it done. I found the day pretty stressful as I just wanted it to be a done deal and the transaction up to that point had been like having teeth pulled! Good luck with it.0
