LG american fridge freezer help

I have an Lg american fridge freezer that has an ice dispenser, which has stopped working tonight.
Its making ice, but it just seems to make a weird noise and then it doesnt dispense any ice.
If anyone has any ideas, i would be eternally grateful.
Will have to call an enginer out i know, but just wondered if this had happened to somebody else and they had managed to fix it.

Hi,
Take the ice box out( the tray that stores all the ice cubes once they are made), empty it, it may be kind of all stuck together, bit of warm water will help. This usually does it for me. Of course you'll have to give it a few hours to make more ice cubes.
