Got a poorly boy here with me - DS woke at 3 with a 'baddy ear (his words). Gave him Calpol and when he woke at 7.30 he was hot and his ear was still hurting. His ear was mucky and he can't bear it to be touched so we're off to the GPs at 11.30. I have a feeling he'll be given antibiotics - this time I must remember to ask for the orange Amoxycillin as he WON'T take the banana one!

Flying wise I've done my dailies, checked the chooks (another egg, go Betsy), made bread, yogurt, unloaded WM and DW and am about to vacuum right through.

Just had another load of rubble taken - DH reckons 2 more trailers and it'll be done; costs us £30 a trailer load but we pack it in and to hire a skip would cost around £200 each skip and we'd have needed about 2

Enjoy the sunshine everyone - it helps to keep my BD away and I hope it does too for the rest of you who suffer.

Note to self: do not put stardrops in WM drum & dispenser when running it empty at 90 degrees for cleaning cycle unless you want kitchen floor to resemble a kids tv game show :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Just about to put mine on - I'll not use the stardrops then - that laves me trying to decide between white vinegar and bio-detergent....:)

    Morning everyone,

I am in this week again, thanks to the wonderful 3 that keep my house sparkling
    Welcome to all the newbies.

Sandy – Hope you are ok, you must have got a fright, take it easy, what caused the seizures?
Rosepink – Good to hear you sounding so positive, good luck with all the walking. And Happy Birthday :bdaycake:
    Kazmeister – Happy Birthday :bdaycake:
Ishtar – Good luck for today for your mum
Froddy – Hope wee one is better
Ruth – Hope your mum is better.
Mrs C – Safe delivery vibes for your friends daughters twins
Diva – Continued vibes for Tris
methekidsandthecat – It does get easier, I work full time and have a DD (8) DS (3 on Sat) and each week it takes me less time to work on list, at first I was catching up at the weekend but generally now, my weekends are mine.
Mumof2 – Hope your DS feels better soon

Its St Davids Day and also my DH’s birthday.

Glad it’s the kitchen today as my kitchen was gleaming last night so I will score off what was done yesterday and do the extras. Cannot defrost kitchen freezer as I have a chest freezer in the garage and its full from the weekends cookathon so nowhere to put stuff from kitchen freezer to defrost it (IYSWIM)
