Just updated my list and I really feel I could get it all done by the end of the month now.

Need to get some bits on ebay later and sort out the box of stuff on the landing.

Dustykitten, you're doing so well! I'm just on here to say I've got the estate agent coming round on Thursday, to start my house valuation, so I'm decluttering dirt rather than anything else :o

Well I've achieved zilch off my list since I joined here in the first week, but I've spent the last couple of days sorting out my craft room, didnt realise just how much stuff I have and found all sorts of lush things I'd forgotten about. Hoping to finish that today and then get straight onto a craft project, getting excited now as I havent been able to do anything crafty for about 3 years

As I find it so diffcult to bend and to get up again I decided to tidy out my kitchen floor cupboards that are full of dishes. Had a good clear out which will go to the charity shops later. I had dishes I don't remember buying far less using. I have put all the dishes I use regularly at the front so they are easy to get at.

I also decluttered about 10 facebook friends earlier today

    I survived the cull :j:p

I ended up running after the charity shop van with a couple more bags on Friday and shifted lots of stuff with minimal effort. Mostly books which is totally unheard of for me .

Still slowly working through inbetween work. I have the easter fortnight off with the boys and will hopefully get more done then, and (ha, ha) on top of the garden.

Karmacat - how is the house coming along for the valuation?

Rosiben - enjoy your crafts. The whole idea of all this decluttering and flying is to free up time to do things we enjoy

Grunnie - well done on the china cupboard job, it is amazing what we have and never use isn't it.

Triker - hope you have another good week off work

Pooh - you have done well with more paper, that is still my biggest outstanding job

Toots - sweetie are you sure all those jobs on your list need doing.

I've sorted some more books from another cupboard for DS3 to take into school tomorrow. I'm hoping to do some of the paperwork tomorrow if I get a chance.

Hi Dustykitten! Thats very sweet of you to ask!

Not bad for the house, actually - cleaned sink, and the bath, swept the hall, porch and kitchen; then I got rid of the obstacles on the back path - 40 litres of a bag of soil (to the garage to take with me); an old cinder block brick (into the skip) and the bottom bit of a swing bin (half full of rain water, cos I've been so ill for so long, I'd used it for the electrical decluttering and never taken it back into the house when it came back from the tip). Gradually emptied out the rainwater, then put the bin into the garage, I'll clean it later in the week.

Managed to sweep the path as well, there are still some areas that need sweeping, but it looks a *lot* more presentable out there.
