    I'm afraid, as I've said previously, I consider threads like this to be pretty pointless unfortunately. There is a constant stream of stories like this and it is just one of a number of ways that you could lose your money to fraudsters. It shouldn't take a story like this to prompt people to check their statements, they should be doing already anyway, and there is always a risk of a cash machine being tampered with so caution is always necessary.
