Hi everyone,
I wonder whether anyone knows answer to this question:

I would like to open Next directory account - the reason for this is that I buy lots of stuff for my friend abroad and you cannot have items sent to different address to your card address unless you have directory account. I have been using my sister's account so far but this is getting tiresome so easiest is to open my own.

Now - they send you the Next catalogue 4 times a year for £3.95. but I don't want those as we do everything online. Is there a way to opt out of this?

When you open an account you have to pay £3.95 for a brochure and get free p&p or pay the p&p. Subsequent catalogues, however, can be opted out from. I always got a letter saying I could ring a freephone number to decline the catalogue.

New question - I applied for the account on Sunday and they told me that they will get in touch in few days.

    Still nothing.

Anyone knows how long before something turns up?
