If ordering over the phone, it does state you need to hand a voucher in. My vouchers were sent through the post to me, but its just a standard voucher book. It maybe better to order and pay online-just to be on the safe side.
Can only be used at stores that offer delivery.

Order it online for delivery and add he code at the checkout, then you don't need to hand over a voucher.
