I've been sorting out the next few weeks' worth of spending money and have managed to find an extra £23 so that's gone into the pot as well. Paid up to 25th now - very, very pleased with myself.

Well, I'll put in April's money later next week (and update when done!) but for now, I have discovered the reason for my bad posture, bad back and occasional limp...

Emptied my wallet of shrapnel today and was shocked at the amount of coinage... have now added another £9.15 to the bottle in loose change!

    Keep going peeps!

My wife is a DFW... I guess that means I'm along for the ride! :j

Hi all, not updated for a while, and over the last couple of weeks I have had to borrow out of my pot, but I have just repaid everything I have taken out so now I'm up to £100 in my moneybox.

I'm glad the thread's staying here for now, it took me quite a while to follow it here.

Just wondered if it was easier or harder in Euros, Euronorris.

It should be just the same as I aiming to save €365, not 365 GBP as I'll be buying most of the Christmas Pressies etc here, rather than the UK.

BTW, I am still follwing the challenge- up to date to today and about to add £7 for next week. Just haven't been posting as much as I have been adding in bigger chunks.

Is the Bronze medal new, too EN?

The bronze medal is fairly new, I guess. I don't remember when it appeared! lol. I want the silver! Shouldn't be too difficult, seeing as I can talk/type for England! lol

Well done on being up to date by the way! :D

    Hello all,

Another tenner to the pot taking me to £86 (I believe this leaves me £13 behind).

Hope everyone is enjoying the decent weather we have had!

I am slowly getting further behind but have not used cash for a while so haven't had any change....which I suppose is a good thing really! Think I will stick a tenner in tomorrow though.

Me and my big typewriter! I've had to use some of my £365 days money over easter for prezzies etc. I'll have to count up how many £s I have left......:(
  • This year is going by so quick - all of a sudden its the 10th of the month and I've contributed zilch!
Time to hitch up the old bits and begin again with a hefty amount of £10 - much prefer the gradual way rather than the larger chunks but it had to be done -there- all better now!
What's this 60p left by the kettle? quick in it goes plus another 40p to make a nice round figure (just like me!)
Sorry if people are struggling - we all understand but please keep going- it'll all be worth in the end
May you fill up the great clutterbucket of life and may all of your leaks be in cheese sauce:D
Use it up, wear it out, make it do or do without:cool:
