    heres a prediction

hes been hit with a writ because he made personal guarantees for a Ltd company debts

i bet he has enough to pay those debts and avoid bankruptcy now, but in a couple of years, after a few more busted Ltd companies, he does go bankrupt, just after he has cleaned out all the bank accounts and penny jars they have, and sold the £60K range rover

if he goes BR his TWENTY directorships will have to end...

Just how soon after being declared bankrupt will he show up on the insolvency website?

With the posting of his home address, I am sure they will start getting some interesting mail!

2/3 days normally, but i doubt he will actually go bankrupt, but we will wait and see

he needs £3M to avoid it, the declared value of thier ski chalet is about £5M, they sold thier house here for £10M and SHE (cough) bought a £6M house...

    wheres the money gone?

"We're not super-rich people who can weather this storm without noticing. We're ordinary 'Middle England' and, like a lot of those people, we've taken a hit.
"We didn't take a holiday last year and we'll probably stay in England this year because we can't justify the expense."
She adds: "We've put our houses on the market, here and our chalet in France. There's not a 'For Sale' sign outside, but if someone came and made me an offer, I'd take it. Our house in Surrey has 100 acres.

    Hello Maxi

Where are you getting all these quotes from????LOL

You don't seem to simpathic to their position, after all, there have been a number of wealthy people including Branson who went bankrupt or came close to loosing it all and still bounced back. They will probably be the same.

I feel sorry for them that it seems to be the lavish lifestyle and keeping his children in and at a style of living he clearly can not afford anymore that is more important.
If being solvent was that important than what was he thinking, buying a chalet at a time when the company was already starting to show signs of failure? He and Anthea could easily have cleared the debts and lived a lavish lifestyle somewhere else (Canarie Islands example) and not have gone through all the publicity, is the Mail paying him for all these interviews? I counted 8!

The article you linked stated he would go BR tomorrow 2 March, so it will be interesting to see if by the weekend he is seen on the IS website.
