  • Next time he tells anyone its daytime i suggest they look outside to check

When The Mail on Sunday challenged Mr Bovey about the financial stability of Imagine Homes a year ago, he replied: ‘I am sitting in our £5million chateau in Megeve in the Alps.

‘I will sue anyone who says that Imagine Homes is in financial difficulty. We have huge profits that have yet to materialise.'

    note "house HE bought".............
Anthea Turner's husband - whose buy-to-let property empire Imagine Homes collapsed last year with £50m debts - was given the papers outside the £6m home he bought recently.
Mr Bovey, 48, was involved in a tense exchange with the bailiff on Friday when he arrived home in his £60,000 black Range Rover.

Found this quote on news of the world site

So she was paid a total of £1,203,940 in the same year the firm posted a LOSS of £685,259. Grant has agreed in the past that Anthea's only involvement was "choosing the sofas."
Meanwhile Anthea told us of her fears for Bankruptcy:eek::eek::eek::eek:

    Hello
Though no real fans of this couple, if they boldly think Anthea will come out of this unscaved they are deluding themselves.

I understand and can even simpathize with the sudden downturn of business, my OH 12 year old business went into bankrupcy after the collapse of the housing market in 2009 and left us nearly homeless and distitute. The work for him and other surveyors just simply dried up, he managed to keep it a secret from me for over a year, only to ask me to attend an accountants meeting for the first time in the 12 years of me being a silent unpaid partner in the business, to say I was gob smacked was an understatement.

I was not as lucky as Anthea, I did not have a 6 million house to fall back on or a lavish 1.2 mil salary for picking out sofas!

I think it will be interesting for the OR to go through the company affairs for this couple and see if Bovey will be slapped with a BRO/BRU and what kind if any of an IPA. I could see him taking the next year off (for stress at taxpayers expense) to avoid that! Then back to the lavish lifestyle as if nothing has happened, only now debt free!

Anthea will always been tarred with the BR brush, even if only by association.

Those of us who visit this site know how it affects the insurance and claims and Grant will be thrilled to know that he will always be listed in the London Gazette, that should keep his celebrity status going!
