Bluetack alternative?

hey all
I live in a rented flat and really want to put some photos/posters up on wall. I need permission from LL to put nails/screws in etc, so I was thinking of sticking some lightweight ones (without frames) up with bluetack, but I know bluetack leaves marks on walls.
Is there a super alternative to Bluetack that doesn't leave marks on walls?

Whitetack?
Its apparently better than bluetack but, i've not had experience over long periods of time. It appears fine after 6 months and still cleanly peels off. Doesnt work quite so well on matt paint / painted plaster c.f. painted wallpaper0
