Does anyone know how to take down a classic Minky Rotary Line?

Hi
Can anyone please help me with instructions on how to take down the classic Minky rotary line (green colour middle).
We have tried now for 2 days, just twisting the middle with no joy
We are moving and want to take it with us, but don't fancy walking to the new house with it like an umbrella, taking it down would be much easier :rotfl::rotfl:

Hi,

I would think you have to push it up a bit, press a button and lower it over the pressed in button, if it's been out for a while the weather will've got to it, try a drop if oil or WD40 on top of centre bit and let it work in for a wee while, or take it out of ground, turn upside down on solid surface and push down, you will be able to get more pressure this way.
