Hi Viv and welcome to the PPI reclaiming threads.;)
Personally I would not bother going with a company, if you read down the threads, lots have been having problems, where for just the matter of posting within the post office its all free, and this way by having a go yourself if successful you will receive all your refund and will not lose a penny.
Its up to you, but I would be very wary of these companies, and I also read they are taking much longer now as well, some are still waiting 2 years on plus.
All you have to to is write a letter with the reasons you have, with the help from this link here:
http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/reclaim/ppi-loan-insurance
They have 8 weeks in full to respond, then by 8 weeks, if they don't resolve or uphold in your favour, or if given the final response (sometimes you have the opportunity to write to them again with further information), but if not you should be able to take your complaint to the financial ombudsman service (FOS).
The above link is very useful, with guidelines of reclaiming, template letters, (although if you can use the template letters as a guide and write in your own words - with the reasons you have) there is also a checklist of mis selling reasons, in case any of them also apply to you as well, then write them in, and do not worry about writing down the amounts, because if successful they should provide you with a detailed written breakdown, or you can request for these otherwise.
Try to also post within the post office and ask for proof of posting, and just keep an eye on the 8 weeks they have.
Of course please post up if you require any further help with this, but well worth giving it a go yourself if you can.
Good luck, please keep us posted.;)

Many thanks for this info I will have a good read through when my daughter goes to bed at 7pm. Think I just feel a bit scared about doing it myself I dont like dealing with big companies lol.
Sorry just one last question; One of the PPi is with Picture loans but PPI is with another company who do I write to the PPI company or Picture?
Also can you make a claim when you have had PPI, paid for it for 2 years then cancelled it?

lol you will be fine, basically whoever sold you the loan from the start is whom you pursue, if this was Picture Finance, I think you would be best posting on the FSCS (companies in default thread), because Picture are now in default and making claims through the above stated (Financial compensation scheme).
If it was not Picture who arranged and sold you the finance then you write to the other.
Thread here of help in regards of Picture:

check this out and below is the contact for a claim form through the FSCS if it were Picture.;)
