Refilling Laser cartridges - Easiest to do

Hi,

I want to buy a new/secondhand mono laser printer. Hoever as new cartridges cost a fortune it is important that the cartridges are easily refillable. I have read that some manufacturers make cartridges that have heads that refuse to print after a set number of pages etc.

Please can anyone recommend a mono laser printer that has cartridges that are relatively easy to refill.
