I am still feeling a it down but not as bad as I was. I have had 2 visitors this week which has helped a lot.

I got the goodie bag from sugar today to replace the tshirt I never got. loads of stuff in there.

Have spent a bit of time on twitter today so fingers crossed I might break the dry spell.
