Got physio in a bit so a quick comp catch up before i go - didn't go last week was too tired and sore - no different this week but having a fat day so need to push myself! xxxx

Morning all, really could do with a nice win to cheer me up, still really bad, doctor has referred me to the Mental Health Team, but they have already turned me away twice! She increased my med's and I have to see her once a week, and have been for the last 3 weeks, really not doing good, but am so glad my OH is so caring and supportive.

got a great freebie from hubbys work, a 3 pack of miniature whisky, well its bigger than miniature but thats what it is called, was gonna shove on ebay but read letter that came with it and its not been launched yet! also got a private tasting kit with dvd and tasting notes, the boss wants the workers to take photos using it, errr no:rotfl:

got ds2 off school, got the cold which has triggered his asthma off and its hayfever season again, just great!

and dh being a pain, sat down making list of restaurants for hol and he said no more than 4! not amused, went to 9 last time:rotfl:
