Hey guys - just to let you all know, I've now got a comping facebook for the FB comps etc. A few of my 'normal' friends were commenting about my comping etc, so decided to split the two.

Yoohoo everyone

lovely weather here and looks like its set to continue over the weekend

had to go to the hospital this morning, my blood pressure has been up and down for the past 12 months, they put a heart moniter on me about 4 months ago, they want me to wear a blood pressure moniter now, explained whats been happening with my personal life and hes not surprised its up

hubby wanted to come with me to the hosp. but i told him no cant be doing with him losing more time off work!!

on a good note ive paid off my last credit card, i can start saving soon again

I've been comping for 2 weeks and just had first win. I am sooooo happy. it's only a koala but it's cheered me up loads.

OMG, had shock earlier when DD gets called up in assembly getting a 'golden ticket' which usually they get for good behaviour - she got it for sending a postcard to school from Florida. Anycase at front of assembly her & headteacher are whispering to each other & DD's face lights up, headteacher then came to find me afterwards to say she's won a competition but only had a little information something to do with books & halfords vouchers so I've just googled it & found she's won THIS -

She has been nagging for a new bike for well over a year but with her being so tall I haven't been able to afford a new one & she outgrew the one she had a long time ago so to say she's pleased is a massive understatement.

School didn't have a lot of info about it, just they'd had a phone call asking if she went to that school & checking the address to send the vouchers to so they will be sent to school soon & she'll be given them in assembly.

Just waiting for her to come home from school now so I can give her the full details, might even let her look at Halfords website to give her an idea of what she might want.
