hmm.. difficult situatuin PMS... the T&C's do not state that there was a runners up prize.. There have been no winners details posted on the winners page for the competition you are on about: http://www.winnersgallery.co.uk/public/promotion.php?id=507

however if you look on the winners page for a more recent competition they have a winner: http://www.winnersgallery.co.uk/public/promotion.php?id=593

Seems to me like they just messed up and you were a winner but something went wrong and they are trying to pretend you never won. (or maybe that's just my synical mind :cool:)

Not sure who you have been in contact with but may be worth going to CEO http://www.therivergroup.co.uk/contact.php to see if that gets you any further?

Although perhaps not listed on the MSE page (not sure if the dare link still works) the competition had NINE runner's up prizes - I saved the details as soon as I found out I'd won - the full terms were :-

Can i ask you guys for advice.My 7 yr old son told me this morning he wants to raise money for charity (for poor children he said) i dont have the first clue of where to look for tips and advice and also sponcer forms etc.I have shown him the postpals website and think we are going to try and sort something out to raise some money for them but really dont know where to start.I would be grateful for any advice.x

Oh and i am so proud of him i could cry.x
