As they are breaching Nominet's rules (ie registering as a private individual ) when they are actually a Ltd company I will be reporting them to Nominet as the domain is being abused. Nominet may choose to close their domain.

Not sure about how to contact site admin, but I think the best thing is to do a report to abuse with links to your posts & to the other site showing where your posts have been copied. ___

WHat's annoying is that Anne Nelmes is clearly looking to make money from her site, whilst pinching other peoples hard work from this site. She has registered as a non-profit private individual on Nominet to avoid having to include her home address details etc.

If you google her name she's clearly a comper from Bristol, and I'm all for people taking the initiative in business, but not on the back of other people's hard work.

She's also offering Voucher codes on her site, hmm wonder if she's getting those from here also??

I think the idea of reporting whomever is copying is good and to the web admin of the site they use (sorry have gone further down and forgotten the link and the posters name lol)

The weather is nice again here but is still cold. Really need to get decorating as I am sick of the colour scheme in my sitting room, it hasn't been done for 10 years now so that is a must this year. Also need to redo the kitchen but I am keeping the same colour scheme in there as I quite like it.

Isn't it something to do with disabling right click??? Similair to some of the newspaper and primary times sites?

Ooooh, Rach, that's fab!! How clever are you?!

I was so gutted when I found that site, didn't think anything of it at first but once PPD looked into it and I had a proper nosey, it was so obvious they were copying. They were'nt even discreet about it. The omitted certain things (like the blurb if you would) but everything else was exact, even the titles which we all put in our own words!!
There is no way this Anne could even deny it tbh, because if you look at the times we have posted something on the postals, the order they are in along with the wording, you can see there is no way it could be coincidence.
It's just so awful, if it's nothing else then it's seriously morally wrong!! I am just annoyed because I spend money on the magazines to post IN HERE, this is my choice of site and don't wish for them to be on someone else page.
The amount of time, effort and money we all put in to keep the postal & Main board running, especially the likes of PPD & Korky, is huge and it's really disheartening to have someone copy off your hard work. It's all so underhanded, there was no asking of permission from any posters which in itself is wrong.

Sorry to go on I am just completely irritated at it, I wish there was a way I could message all people who use postals, then stick a fake and very costly tel number on!!

I am sure that this Anne must be used to this site now (am I right in thinking she has been running her comp site since 2007??) and is more than likely lurking or even a member on here now and probably reading this!!
