Just been reading the threads korky about peeps c&p' ing your posts from here. I would be annoyed too. It would be nice if they asked you first if it was ok to use your post. Its not just other sites that copies neither, I sent for a compin mag to see what it was like and saw the 'new' comps in it from ones that I posted too. I usually try to put in my own words when I post the comps but these were exactly like I had posted. Probably everyone elses posts off here too.

Feeling a little fed up lately. OH didn't get the last job but got another interview on wed. The car is on its last legs and the house is like a demolition site. Wish I could take the kids away from it for a few days, I think they're sick of the park! (Sorry to moan, I should be grateful they're happy & healthy shouldn't I! )

Ooooh, dont get me started on those stupid comp copiers :rotfl: I was soooo wound up yesterday, trying to stay away from their site cos it peeved me so much. I wrote a comment on one of their posts which was blatantly copied from mine and they deleted it, just going to keep putting it on :rotfl:

Aw thanks peeps, I feel much better when I come on here with all you lovelies.;) Just having one of those days. I don't honestly know why others use different comp sites anyway. I wouldn't venture out of here.

Me neither Wingo. I don't think there's any need to anyway, everything you need is on here in the world of comping, only thing it doesn't do is texts/calls that costs more than £2 and tbh I wouldn't pay that anyway ordinarily xx

Hi smartt21, sorry I'm not much use with roboform. If you ask in discussions thread theres always someone in there that uses it. Hope you get it sorted.

Edit...I use autofill and sometimes it does that with mine if I dont give it time to fill out all the details... iyswim...I make sure all my name & address is shown before I click it. HTH

yes, just lately have seen loads of comps copied/pasted from here on other sites, in the comp mags (have a mate who subscribes to a couple) & the comps are same took one of my links off regarding a freebie site as know some of the peeps on here are members there but still doesn't give them the right to copy comps, it's so annoying especially for the mags/paper/kids mags etc posters as like ppd says, we pay for them, work the puzzles out etc,
then find them exactly as we've done them everywhere else
have been double posting on other sites now to stop them from copying mine & some of the others but trouble is it's double work & gets tiring,
coudn't beleive it when i saw that reply ..


'For goodness sake if the answers are posted on the World Wide Web then they are up for grabs to anyone who has the gumption to use them.....

& like you say, proberly everyone is posting off from here as well,
way i see it even though we love sharing our comps, still don't think it's right
for others to copy them, but, suppose there's nothing much we can do about it, been going on for ages, try not to let it get us down

anyways, while i'm here is anyone interested in the coupons we had to collect from the woman's weekly comp to win a fridge freezer?
prize is a CDA FF850 fridge-freezer & a sainburys gift card credited with £250
got all the coupons & stuff needed if anyone wants it, had 2 lots so have sent mine off, has to be in by 30th april, can pm me if you're interested,

I think that we should request from the technical guys on the forum to enforce copywright somehow, like disable the copying and pasting...not sure how technically possible this is ..
