Good morning all - sat in bed with my chocolate and a lemsip watching corrie xxxx

I cannot believe that I spent until 1.30am doing my postals to get them sent off today from the Post Office, for my OH to take the postcards and post it in a completely DIFFERENT postbox which wont get collected til Monday!! I specifically told him, about 20 times, to post it AT THE POSTY. Arrgh. Not only that, but I was 3 stamps short and asked him to buy some from the village, and he come back saying nowhere sells stamps. Errr, there's a POST OFFICE, which he replies 'they don't sell stamps', how did he EVER manage to get to Uni I will never ever know. Normally I forgive all the silly things he does, he's got no common sense and always comes back with the wrong stuff when shopping, but I am fuming, all had second class stamps on and some needed to be there by Wednesday.

OMG, am I being a little unreasonable? I am actually nearly crying

lets face it sweetie this shows all men are idiots:rotfl:dont worry about it, will still get there for wednesday with second class, im sending mine off on monday that way:D we have 2 postboxes in our village, one gets picked up at 9am (nearest one) then the po one which goes at 4.30, lol dh always uses the nearerst one!

I think I would laugh if he didn't do something like that every time he goes out. I can't send him the shop for something cos he'll always get it wrong, unless I text him describing EXACTLY what he needs to do. It's so frustrating. I can't tell you how many times I said POST OFFICE. :rotfl: You want something doing, do it yourself I guess :rotfl:

Oh well, I'm a little calmer now, he just crept past me and said 'don't shout' and now he's makin me a bacon buttie, lol. No doubt he'll put the wrong sauce on it hahahaha xx

I have only recently discovered this forum and it is so addictive. I haven't won anything yet (been here about a week) but it is amazing how much of my time gets eaten away by entering the competitions.

I would like to thank everyone for all their time and effort for posting the competitions and I look forward to letting everyone know when I eventually win something.

Sweetie, here you go, you got him making your breakfast at least I asked him to get me a stamp for a very urgent letter today and he forgot! might ask him to go make me a buttie :T:D

Yayyyyy bets placed: I chose Comply or Die, Tricky Trickester straight wins and Beat the boys and King John's Castle each way. I put the last one in a 5-horse accumulator. [STRIKE]Yayyy the first horse in my accumulator, Tataniano, won , still 4 to go :eek::eek:[/STRIKE] gone now
He is betting on Madison Du Berlais and Ollie Magern each way and the Package and King John's Castle.

We have just spent £20 on the horses today :eek: Never ever bet tho, and it was deposit £10 get £10 so we really only spent £10

We just put loads of Forecasts and Tricasts @ 20p each, then about 10 horses straight My fave is comply or die I think. It was so hard to choose so I went for the jockeys in pink :rotfl: Put a few outsiders on too, just incase

It is very addictive I love it here, on the comps and in this Inn I may be a little too addicted tho
