Internet Explorer will not display

How do I get Internet Explorer to display its webpage? http://uk.msn.com/ When it comes up I get Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage. and some things to try. Tried to do all that Nothing. I am not sure what IE i am running but don't know how to check that either. (I am older and not techie minded I do know how to switch it on though.) If I type an address or click on anything in my favourites it will open and work normally Any advice please except go to Firefox or any others :p

Same error here IE and FF. Must be either site or IP (Talk Talk).

Seems to be only site affected for me but then I don't use it anyway.

Give it a few hours and it will probably be working again.

Not worth playing around with computer yet.

Probably the best option for now, as all else appears ok (other sites that is)
my ISP is not experiencing the problem it could just be yours and dogmary's too.
