It does, ive read so much on here and on CAG and took so much in over the last couple of weeks I just miss the silly things.

Nice one mate - shame CAG doesn't have a thread like this though - you get sent from pillar to post over there and also too many cooks and all that!! :D:D

Thanks have been on here reecently but just at the point now of not knowing where to go next.

Have sent cca requests off to my creditors and have received replies from all stating they will put the account on hold and send me the docs required this was 13/02/2010 i have the reminder letters ready to send today.

Also i sent letter to my creditors that have recorded defaulst on my credit file and either recived replies saying we do not have to provide you with this info because it is not a credit account (i think they assumed was a cca request and have not read properly) So i am also sending reminders to them.

I have ceased payments on all ofthe cca requests as havent had a single thing that i asked for back.

Although Apex have wrote to me advising that they do not hold the info and therefore will not be chasing any longer (i don't know what to do about this).

    Thanks

    Missal -

You need to be a lot more detailed. i.e. name the accounts, what is going on etc? I cannot help much with what you've said - pretend for one minute I don't know you (ironic eh) and then tell me what is happening - then and only then will I be able to help you.

Mbna account is in dispute since Dec 09 no CCA was ever sent following CCA dispute letter. Nothing other than a mbna default notice has been received since, what would be the best reply to send to Experto Credite lol! fancy name, they do come up with them, never heard of this one before! Worth negotiating a full & final (for a very low % as no CCA) or too early at this stage? Thanks very much.

Send this mate: Account sold whilst in Default of CCA Request

Also forget F&F - you'll not need to be doing things like that ;);)

I think there's something odd about varde anyway. They are classed as offshore and may not be able to take legal action on that debt. I'll do some diggin'
