I sent a PM to 10past6 as you suggested but, I think I may be doing it wrong as when I send it, it then doesn't then seem to appear in my sent items!!!!

I must be a IT muppet!!!

Ok mate i'll PM him for you and ask him to respond to you! He's usually here on nights though so may not reply til later ok?

Then start to type in 10past6 in the recipient box and you'll see his name pop up in a little window - click the name! Then compose message.... each message you send is stored in your outbox whether read or not.

Nid , quick one mate , RM website still not showing our DEBTORS FINAL REPOSNSE to Bcard as delivered....8 days later...should i send it again to be safe ? bleeding royal mail , dont know why we waste money on recorded 8 times out of ten it never shows as delivered !!

Nah mate - leave it for 28 days.... you have proof of sending right? That's all that matters, its not for you to prove delivery - you sent it and have proof, that's the main thing. :beer:

At this stage, none, don't get into a paper exercise with them, if you've informed them in writing having taken advice, you believe the CCA to be unenforceable, you can do no more, the balls with them to make the next move, should they decide to bring a litigation case against you, depending on the grounds of the claim, depends how you respond, for now, there aware of the legislation re unenforceable agreements, should they decide to have a Judge rule on the agreement, so be it, sit tight until you hear from then again.

Mate the agreement is 100% unenforceable - I can vouch for that! :D

I do mate , yes , what happens after 28 days ? just leave it longer ?
