looks enforceable to me, cud u take a look to clarify?
I agree it is enforceable all for one little thing, how the hell did Abbey date the agreement 1st march but you dated it the 4th? How was that possible when they sign it AFTER you have returned the forms?
But yes, it is enforceable, unfortunately.
p.s. you have a real sexy first name lol2010 - year of the troll

I know it does look like it's been changed doesn't it.... unfortunately though if it is your siggy then it looks ok....
One thing, the first two pages (the CCA) can you remember was it a two sided page or two separate pages? You realise there is no link from the page 1 to page 2 - but maybe I cannot see it or maybe it was 2 sided?
any idea's?(now we're scraping the bottom of the barrel lol)

i have three seperate copied pages from the CCA?
i'm speaking about the main 2 pages - page 1 had the amount of loan and page 2 had your signature - on the link you sent its the 2nd and 3rd uploads in the album. Was this double sided (can you remember) or does it say anywhere that you agree to the terms and conditions or page 1 of 2/3 etc?
The documents have to be linked somehow, if not then it can be unenforceable - thus i'm asking you to check for something linking them or can you remember if it was double sided?2010 - year of the troll

okay errrrmmmm sorry I cannot remember if the original was double sided...
it has no "page 1 of 2", or "2 of 3" or any page numbering...
on first page of agreement it links to terms and conditions.
and on 2nd page under signature box it says "by signing this agrement you also agree to be legally bound by the customer declaration below - (which was the next page) - and the T's & C's which are enclosed.
... so it links to Ts & C's but not really linked each page of the agreement to each other...
clutching at straws... :rotfl:I have learnt from my in-debt days....never again!0 -
you also agree to be legally bound by the customer declaration below - (which was the next page) - and the T's & C's which are enclosed.
