Unenforceability & Template Letters III

Afternoon NID, after a quiet few days I had a few letters today to move things further along, all from Barclaycard.
My first letter was a default from Mercers on behalf of Barclaycard.
The second letter was them trying to justify that they can get away with sending terms & conditions as a reply to 3.2 - CCA Query - Terms & Conditions Supplied; I sent out.
The third was the exact same letter as the second one in reply to a different account, which I last sent 18. Debtors Final Response - No CCA Received
Your help is always appreciated.:)0 -

thay wont 28 days to look into it Debtors Final Response - CCA Received :rotfl:
You mean they have asked you for 28 days to look into your complaint? If so then fine, wait til they write back and see what they say. If not, and they have already issued their final response, you would then send yours (i.e. the link above)2010 - year of the troll

My next move with all of the letters.
What should I do about the default from Mercers? Reply or ignore?
What should I send back after receiving the letter from Barclaycard saying terms and conditions are acceptable? I've sent the final response - No CCA received already.
Also what should I send for the same 'terms and conditions are acceptable' letter for my other account? The last letter I sent was terms and conditions received.0 -

Hi Niddy and the gang
Ages ago I asked for advice in the following post
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.html?p=31177837&postcount=1041
for Barclaycard. Here are the links to photobucket for the letters that they returned:

Here is Nid's reply - post http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.html?p=31185603&postcount=1055
Anyhow, I've been useless and have only just sent off the follow up letter as per the post above. I've had a look through a few weeks of posts on this thread from the above post but can't see anything.
Here is the reply from Barclaycard.

I'm assuming that my next form of action is to take no action. Can someone confirm please?
Many thanks in advance

Ok been really dozy.
Sent my first letter but forgot to send it recorded. Luckily the cheque cleared so i have proof they received the letter. No probs.
Havent heard anything from them so sent the reminder letter.
The wife sent it for me but she forgot to do it recorded as well. Do i need to send it again recorded as i have heard nothing so not sure they have received it.
