Hi nid, thay did a final ,i got the same letter from them as the one you posted , thay said we will not be entering into any further correspondce with me regarding the provision of copy agreements:) many thanks

Hi Niddy,

Just an update on Marbles, we sent back the letter as post 2867, that was 20 days ago, and we have heard absolutely nothing.........until today, when we have received a message on the answer phone for OH to call them.......Yeah right.....as if.:rotfl::rotfl:

I take it we just sit and wait on this one.:D

Then if they (Lloyds) have sent the final response, you send this back: Debtors Final Response - CCA Received
