Hi Guys, Apologies if this is the wrong place for my question. Can anyone provide me with the addresses of Capital One and Barclaycard. The only addresses I have are PO Box numbers and I have been told that "recorded delivery" post cannot be signed for at PO addresses. Thanks

    Hi Fitzer,

I don't have addresses for either of those, but I have sent to PO addresses and they have been signed for.

Hi Nid - and everyone else:hello:

Have received a letter from LTSB in reply to my Final Response - No CCA received just saying that they don't normally correspond once they have issued their final response but that they have complied with s78 and my agreement contains all the prescribed terms ( what agreement - all they sent me was t&c's:o) and they will treat it as enforceable . They have now closed the file but will keep any further correspondence I send and I can go to FOS if I want.

I take it I just sit on this for a while now and if they continue to write saying it's enforceable I'll send the Refusal by Lender to accept unenforceability - is that right?

    Many thanks for your help:beer:

    Hi Niddy,

I have received CCA back from Lloyds re CC, and the only thing that I can see missing is the Credit Limit and also the terms and conditions page is not complete, it looks like something has been torn off the bottom of the page. Would you possibly have a look at it for me.? Shall I scan and post onto imageshack or could I email it to you. I am fully expecting this one to be enforceable.

    Thanks very much Niddy

Can you email me the actual document, its easier..... i'll pm you my email address.

    thanks

I WRITE FURTHER TO YOUR RECENT LETTER ALLEGING THAT WE HAVE FAILED YO COMPLY WITH OUR OBLIGATIONS IN REQUEST FOR DOCS PURSUANT TO SEC 78 OF THE CC ACT

NOTE THAT WE HAVE ALREADY SET OUT IN DETAIL ,WHY WE ARE SATISFIED THAT THE DOCS. ALREADY PROVIDED HAVE DISCHARGED OUR OBLIGATIONS UNDER THE ACT.WE ARE UNDER NO LEGAL OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE ANY FURTHER DOCS.TO YOU IN THIS REGARD

    YOURS ,BLAH BLAH BLAH

Am I right in thinking that I should now respond with Unenforceable Agreement - Debtors Final Response ?
( they have failed to come up with my signiture after sending CCA request then template 3.2 , then template3.3 )
