    Good Evening all

I am trying to send nid a copy of my agreement but it keeps coming back files to big or recipients email full.

I have done 3 emails so the attachments were not to big but its still not working.

Any suggestions on how to condense the files so I am able to send via email

    many thanks

Hi Mrs T, Have you tried "zipping" the file?

    Hi again,
    Try this,
1 - highlight the file you want to zip
2 - "right click" the pad and select the "send" button and select the "compressed (zipped) folder".
3 - a file of the same name will be created with a prefix of ".zip" i.e Barclays.zip.

The file is now "zipped" and you can attach it to a mail in the usual way.

Im going down this road to with Bcard , but a little further down the track - sent my third letter off yesterday ( all thanks to NID! ) They will send you letters and calls from Mercers then later still ,Calders -( in reality these are still Bcard depts. just calling themselves something different to try and worry and confuse you

I am on the next step after these which is AIC - which IS a debt Agency I belive - I think this means that Bcard have realised that they are going to get ZERO from me ( they cant come up with my signiture anywheres ! ) - and have flogged it to these idiots ( probably for £300-400 )
and they think they might have more luck than Bcard (no chance ! )

best think is if they cant prove you owe the debt , then they cant meddle with your credit rating over it !

( all thanks to NID! )
As Martin says - please be nice - there is no such thing as a stupid question ! ;)

    Hi Nid

Well I have not paid anymore payments but still have not received a Credit agreement from Barclaycard.

I have received numerous phone calls which have now escalated to at least 4 every day, I even answered one of them and asked them to write to me and they told me that they would just call back.

I have received three letters from Barclaycard which I have included. I am worried about my credit record and also about the threat of debt collection agency.

    What should I do now?

    Thank you

    John

    Hello Pedestrian,

You should be OK with AIC. They have not learned a thing about debt collection in the three years I've been playing with them. They eventually gave up, but it will be interesting to see if they operate with you the same way as before. Keep us posted.

Morning all, Quick update: Letter received from CrapQuest quote "In order for Capital Bank to deal with your query (CCA request) your written signature must be evident on your correspondence".

"Please re-send your dispute details to us showing your signature together with any supporting documentation where possible".:D

Time to send request for signature letter me thinks;)

    Hope your well Niddy:)
Hiya Niddy, after this mornings post above, I have now received what they say is a reconstituted agreement from CrapOne, which also includes the signature page from my credit agreement, showing my signature on it. Curiously the letter states that they are currently retrieving my agreement and will send it on (why would the signature page be seperate from the rest!!) seems odd to me. They also make reference to Carey Vs HSBC case and say they have supplied everything to comply with s78 request. Do you mind if i pm it over to you Niddy to cast your trained eyes over;) Cheers!!

Ps Is it still worth me sending the request for signature letter to Crapquest after receiving this from CrapOne? It seems to me that they are not communicating with each other!!
