    Hi NID ,

I posted yesterday re my LTSB as received letter saying they would reply within 28 days. Today I have received 2 copies of the same letter - Final Response - briefly

    Don't agree with complaint
Can't locate original so can't provide it
As I have drawn and paid on account this makes it enforceable
    etc.

No doubt you've seen these before, do I now send Debtor's Final Response - No CAA Received? (sorry don't know how to do the link thing)

I must say they are very quick off the mark at replying!

    Thanks for your time:beer:
I must stop procrastinating, I must stop procrastinating! promise I'll stop tomorrow OK:D

    Nid - Fab news thanksalot!

I know this one is only £600 but tis only the tip of the iceburg of our £70,000 debt (EEEEK!)

The fact that I know that this one is unenforceable just gives me a massive amount of hope for the other ones. We still havent heard from our marbles ones and there are two of them which add up to £22,000 between them. Keeping my fingers firmly crossed with those ones!!!

Have only tackled 6 debts so far, 3 with Rob Way and 3 with Capquest....This is first one we have had comfirmed (by you) UE but seeing as havent received anything so far on others since beg March I'm getting more and more hopeful!

Cap one have told us that they wont enter into any further correspondance with us - and we have also sent them final response twice on your advice.....So you say to send them CCA Query....after all the letters already sent at this stage is this still okay??

As always - thankyou for your invaluable help - you really are something you know!!!
