  • Let them issue DN's mate - they will be wrong, leave them for the time being and see what happens yea? A DN is no problem (and you did expect them) - but we're hoping they will not go for a CCJ, if they do then we'll get them set-aside as well.

Just go with the flow, all defaults will be looked into at a later date.... basically, its best to fight for the DN removal about a year after it was added cos then you can demand formal removal from the CRA's - at the moment they will not listen cos the lender will have all paperwork to hand... there is a reason for the slow process... ;);)

Do I reply to their DNs with any of the template letters though?

    Hiya Beenie :D

Yes, I remember - thanks for the links, make my life soooo much easier :T, so same advice applies but in your case we'll skip forward - instead of the CCA Query we'll go straight in with this: CCA Query - Terms & Conditions Supplied

Then give it a month, they'll issue a final response within that time and you reply with your own (from page 1) and the matter is closed... :D

Don't worry, that application form is not enforceable :p

Just out of interest NID, what was this agreement missing to make it unenforceable?

By the way I wish more people would post their CCA replies up on the forum, I enjoy looking at what the banks send back.

Its not a bloody credit agreement for starters - its an application form.... other than that, did you see the PT's on the signatory page...? Question me biatch? hahah (just messing)

same as most of the crappy1 quick applications, they are as much use as star dust wrappers that have been licked for the last popper.... :rotfl: :rotfl:

Then the next couple of pages - look for my replies and you'll learn about the new Credit Directive which will do what you desire lol... :D

NID Now that is good news, about time the UK moved forward in time, 3yrs is more than enough time to keep adverse data:D

Do you know how it would play out if you had say another 2yrs of a 6yr sentence to go does that mean all this data gets wiped as its older than the new 3yr law or will that only apply to new adverse data recorded on your Credit file? Will it actually become law this year for the UK to fall in line with the EU?

Happy Easter NID Hope you are enjoying plenty of Easter Eggs:D

Cheers NID, I just think like to educate myself a bit in anything I'm going to get involved in, I'll need your help soon enough so I'm not going to question you on the subject.:hello:

I've got a request in with them at the moment but they haven't replied yet (although they've cashed my cheque) so I'm going to send the follow up letter on tuesday.
