We're off to sunny Spain on Saturday for 2 weeks, I'm looking for single trip cover and am getting quotes of £50 and over, this seems a lot to me. Anyone no of anything cheaper?
I did read that my household insurer may offer me a better deal, we're with Halifax, any one no if this is the case?
Many thanks

We have to pay quite a lot for our insurance as there are health probs to coer but my friend always uses http://www.elephant.co.uk/index.phtml and says they are cheap and cheerful. I've no idea on the cover they offer though so make sure its for what you want.Sometimes it's important to work for that pot of gold...But other times it's essential to take time off and to make sure that your most important decision in the day simply consists of choosing which color to slide down on the rainbow...0

MimiF - if you have personal belonging cover on your home insurance with Halifax you get a further 20% off Travel insurance, plus an extra 10% off for online I believe
