Just had a new Worcester Bosch fitted this week. We chose from installers on WB's own website who offer extra 3 years warranty. Interestingly we had several quotes from other companies - none of whom informed us that we should change our pipes to 22mm ones and out of the 2 companies on WB's website, only 1 of them told us we would have to change the pipes. So we went with them!0
