Indesit tumble dryer

Hi looking for some advice I have just bought an indesit vented tumble dryer however it is not stopping after the required time just seems to keep going round anyone experienced this type of problem before had a look online but cant find anything.

    Since it is still under guarantee (assuming you bought it new), why don't you contact the retailer to sort it out?

    Yeah I could do I just got it today and I was just wondering if I had maybe done something stupid which had possibly caused it before I go through the hassle of contacting them
