I cannot believe is this 3 cunning plan

My friend can connect to other 3 network and other network phone customers without any problem and also he is able to receive call from others without any problem.

But the number he often use is his wife cannot connect to his number and his wife also cannot connect to his phone. She is on 3Pay tariff.

If he/she cannot call her/him, always it goes to voicemail straight away.

Does anyone have this problem before.

Has his wife got enough credit on her phone? Have they tried speaking to anyone at 3 about the problem?

Although best of british luck to anyone trying to get any response or sense out of 3 mobile. I binned them a long time ago

I would also respond the same, have you spoken to 3 before and if yes, what did they say? Since this is just a PAYG you may want to consider getting a new free simcard from other providers.

It looks like some problem with network in the area, hopefully they will sort out soon.
