Teletext TV Pages banned on internet

Previously I have accessed the TV pages of Teletext on my laptop, but I am now getting a message that I am denied entry. As I can't get these pages on Freeview, and in any case they take ages on tele to change each page, I am v. disappointed.

Anyone know anything about this ban on Teletext pages?

I have no problem accessing it with Firefox - have you tried emptying your cookies/internet cache?

I think that I know what you mean.

I also used to be able to view that teletext adverts on my pc, exactly as they appeared on the television, and I could not find them, until now that is.

Sandlake, how did you find that link? I have searched high and low for ages to be able to view these pages on my pc

Thanks for two good links. I am now happily watching the TV pages again. The link I have used until now started responding with 'You are not authorized to view this site' message out of the blue, but thanks to you I am connected again.

Hi all,

Just to add a bit of detail to this thread,

I had (until now that is) looked high and low for the teletext tv ads on the teletext website.
There didn't seem to be a link anywhere on the teletext website to their tv advertisements, or, I missed it.

Anyway, thanks to sandlake, I can view the pages now.
