hi everyone i have just got a letter back from natwest saying they will refund the ppi to my current account but i want a cheque can i ask for this on the reply slip? or should i ring them

I would call them first. If they agree to send you a cheque, take their name then add a note to the reply slip, quoting the person's name and date of your conversation with them.

If not then I would request they refund you by cheque payment if you want it this way.
