would this be classed as misselling

Ive had a couple of loans with Lloyds, each time I took them out I had ppi thinking that it would cover me if I was off sick, however, I had 12 months sick pay from work, and was never told that the ppi wouldnt be paid cos I got sick pay from work. If this was told to me I wouldnt have taken it out cos I wouldnt have needed it.

Also I was never questioned on any previous illness I had which would also made the insurance invalid as I have had depression in the past.

Do you think it owuld be worth while trying to claim the ppi back

thanks

    Hello Michelle

It looks like you have a good case, so give it a go.

They have 8 weeks in full to respond.

If you still have all the account numbers and was mis sold for the same reasons then write on one letter to include all account numbers that apply.

More info and guidelines of reclaiming on link here:

Check this out, it will give you more of an idea with yours as well.

Please keep us posted and ask for help whenever you require this anytime, good luck.;)
